GREAT NEWS FOR COLLEGE-BOUND SENIORS!

In July of 2016, the Illinois Legislature passed House Bill 4330, which requires all public community colleges and universities in the state of Illinois to give a student with the Seal of Biliteracy college credit for foreign language!

SPRING 2017 INFORMATIONAL MEETING

There will be an informational meeting on Thursday, February 9th during AIM at East Campus in the Upper Gym and West Campus in the Band Room to go over what the Seal of Biliteracy is and how you can earn it! If you are interested in learning more about how you can earn the Seal (and free college credit!!!),

CONGRATULATIONS RECIPIENTS- CLASS OF 2016!

 

McHenry High School District 156 is thrilled to announce that 18 students have earned the Illinois Seal of Biliteracy or Commendation Toward Biliteracy! 

 

These students received medals to wear at their graduation ceremony

and had a special seal added to their diploma!
